How quickly will I get my order?

Orders are delivered based on the shipping method selected at checkout.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout.

What happens if I never receive my products?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout.  If your tracking link shows that your order was never delivered, please contact team@megansumrell.com for a replacement order.
If your tracking link shows that your order was delivered at the shipping address provided but you do not receive your order, The Pink Bee is not responsible for stolen orders or orders mis-delivered by the USPS or UPS carriers.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are only granted if product is damaged.
To request a refund, please send a photo of the damaged product along with your order # to team@megansumrell.com.
The Pink Bee is not responsible for refunding products that are shown as delivered by the tracking provided.

What if my products are damaged?

If your products arrive with any damage, The Pink Bee will happily send out a replacement order.
